Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, wish to return a product, or require warranty assistance, our customer support team is here to help.
This policy applies to purchases made through https://vigorous.company/ and is implemented in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
VIGOROUS® offers customers a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date their order is delivered.

For returns requested under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy, beyond the statutory cancellation period, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused and in good condition.

All original accessories and components must be included.

The original product packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase or other reasonable order verification may be requested.
A portable espresso machine that has been used to prepare coffee or otherwise operated is not eligible for return under this additional voluntary return policy, unless VIGOROUS® agrees otherwise.
Opening the packaging solely to inspect the product does not automatically disqualify it from a voluntary return, provided the product remains unused and meets the conditions above.
Important: These additional conditions apply only to our voluntary return policy and do not restrict any mandatory statutory cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights.
Returns made under applicable consumer protection laws will be handled in accordance with those laws, regardless of the additional conditions of our voluntary policy.
2. Your Legal Right to Cancel a Transaction
Under applicable Israeli consumer protection laws, customers purchasing products online are generally entitled to cancel an eligible transaction within 14 days from receiving the product or receiving the legally required transaction details document, whichever occurs later.
Certain consumers may be entitled to an extended cancellation period under applicable law.

Exercising a statutory cancellation right does not require prior return approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs and Cancellation Fees
For returns resulting from a change of mind, customers are generally responsible for returning the product, subject to applicable law.
Where permitted by law, a statutory cancellation due to a change of mind may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
For returns under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy, beyond the statutory cancellation period, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless VIGOROUS® agrees otherwise.
Any applicable deductions or conditions will be communicated in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
If cancellation results from a defective product, receipt of an incorrect product, a material mismatch with the product description, or failure to deliver by the agreed delivery date, VIGOROUS® will arrange the return process required by law without charging cancellation fees.
No return shipping charges or cancellation fees will be imposed where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

If a defect or another issue qualifying for a remedy is confirmed, VIGOROUS® will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
These procedures do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
5. How to Request a Return

Where necessary, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers exercising a statutory cancellation right may submit their cancellation notice without waiting for approval.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds arising from valid statutory cancellations will be processed within the period required by applicable law, generally within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
For returns under our additional voluntary return policy, beyond the statutory cancellation period, we aim to inspect returned products and process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment service provider before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for another available model or color, please contact our customer support team.
Depending on product availability and the circumstances, we may arrange an exchange or recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.
8. 12-Month Product Warranty
VIGOROUS® portable espresso machines are covered by a 12-month warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer, subject to applicable warranty laws and regulations.
The warranty covers qualifying product defects and malfunctions occurring during the warranty period.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement of defective components, product replacement, a refund, or another remedy where required by applicable law.
Repairs and replacements covered by the warranty will be provided free of charge where required by law.
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications may be excluded from warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law and where the circumstances justify the exclusion.
