1. Shipping Locations

VIGOROUS® ships to addresses throughout Israel.

International shipping may also be available to selected countries and regions, subject to shipping availability, carrier restrictions, and destination requirements.

Available delivery destinations and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment and order confirmation.

Business days generally refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays.

Processing times may vary due to product availability, high order volumes, holidays, or exceptional operational circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping update through the contact details provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

VIGOROUS® uses third-party shipping and delivery providers to deliver customer orders.

Available methods may include:

  • Standard delivery.
  • Expedited delivery, where available.
  • Express delivery, where available.

Only available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery availability, costs, and estimated arrival times may depend on the destination and selected service.

4. Shipping Costs

For standard deliveries within Israel, our current shipping rates are:

  • Portable Espresso Machine: ₪35.
  • Portable Espresso Machine + Carrying Case: ₪35.
  • Full Bundle (Machine + Case + Stand): Free standard shipping.

Shipping charges for separately purchased accessories, alternative delivery methods, and international orders, where available, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

VIGOROUS® may occasionally offer promotional shipping rates or free-shipping campaigns.

The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Within Israel

Orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after order processing has been completed.

Since order processing usually requires an additional 1–3 business days, the total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is generally 4–10 business days.

International Deliveries

Where international shipping is offered, delivery may generally take 7–21 business days after dispatch, or longer depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier congestion, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.

Any delivery date specifically agreed upon during the transaction remains subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and customer rights.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number or tracking link will be provided where tracking is supported by the delivery service.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment’s progress.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

International shipments, where available, may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or additional charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

VIGOROUS® does not determine or control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product purchased, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide, where possible:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • A description of the issue.
  • A short video, if relevant.

Our support team will assess the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy and applicable law.

Customers will not be charged prohibited fees for resolving qualifying defective, incorrect, or non-conforming deliveries.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address, selected product, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order to increase the possibility of making changes before dispatch.

Changes to orders already processed or dispatched may not always be possible.

Your legal right to cancel an eligible transaction is not limited to 24 hours or affected solely because an order has been processed or dispatched.

Customers may exercise their cancellation rights in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer-protection laws.

If an order is not delivered by the agreed delivery date, customers retain all applicable legal remedies, including cancellation rights where provided by law.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through our customer support email or other legally available cancellation channels.
