1. 30-Day Return Policy
VIGOROUS® offers customers a 30-day return period starting from the date the order is delivered.

Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos where relevant.
For returns requested under our additional voluntary 30-day policy, beyond any applicable statutory cancellation period, products should be returned in good condition with their original accessories and packaging.
Returns requested under mandatory consumer-protection laws will be handled in accordance with those laws, regardless of any additional conditions under our voluntary return policy.
2. Your Legal Right to Cancel an Order
Under Israeli consumer-protection law, customers purchasing products through an online store generally have the right to cancel their transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or the required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later.
Certain consumers may qualify for extended cancellation rights under applicable law.
Customers may notify VIGOROUS® of cancellation through legally permitted communication methods, including email, telephone, and the dedicated cancellation option provided on our website.
No prior return authorization is required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
We recommend contacting our support team before shipping any product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory cancellation rights.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for returning the product, subject to applicable law.
Where legally permitted, cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may apply to statutory change-of-mind cancellations.
For voluntary returns beyond the statutory cancellation period, any applicable deductions or conditions will be communicated in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
If a cancellation is due to a defective product, an incorrect product, a material mismatch with the product description, or failure to deliver on the agreed date, VIGOROUS® will arrange the legally required return process without charging cancellation fees.
No return-shipping or cancellation charges will be imposed where prohibited by law.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- A short video demonstrating the problem, where relevant.
Our support team may provide troubleshooting guidance where appropriate.
If a product defect or other qualifying issue is established, VIGOROUS® will provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, refund, or another legally required solution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
These procedures do not restrict your statutory rights.
5. How to Request a Return

Customers exercising a statutory cancellation right may submit their cancellation notice without waiting for approval.
6. Refunds
Refunds for legally valid statutory cancellations will be processed within the period required by applicable law, generally within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
For voluntary returns outside the statutory cancellation period, we aim to inspect returned products and process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider before the funds appear in the account.
Any deductions will be made only where permitted by law and applicable to the particular return.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for another available model or color, please contact our customer support team.
Depending on availability and the circumstances, we may arrange an exchange or recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.
8. 12-Month Product Warranty
VIGOROUS® portable espresso machines are covered by a 12-month warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer, subject to applicable warranty laws and regulations.
The warranty provides coverage for qualifying product faults and defects during the warranty period.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement of defective components, product replacement, or a refund where required by applicable law.
Qualifying warranty repairs and replacements will be provided without charge, as required by law.
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications may be excluded from warranty coverage where such exclusions are permitted by law and the circumstances justify their application.
