We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent delivery experience. Please review the information below regarding shipping destinations, order processing times, shipping methods, delivery charges, and order tracking.

1. Shipping Destinations

VIGOROUS® ships to addresses throughout Israel.

International shipping may also be available to selected countries and regions, subject to carrier availability, shipping restrictions, and applicable destination requirements.

Available shipping destinations and delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Business days generally refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays and non-working days.

Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, holidays, or exceptional operational circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping update using the contact information provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

VIGOROUS® works with third-party shipping and delivery providers to fulfill customer orders.

Available shipping methods may include:

• Standard shipping.

• Expedited shipping, where available.

• Express shipping, where available.

Only shipping methods supported for the customer's destination will be offered during checkout.

Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected service.

4. Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping rates within Israel are currently:

• Portable Espresso Machine: NIS 35.

• Portable Espresso Machine + Carrying Case: NIS 35.

• Full Bundle (Machine + Carrying Case + Stand): Free standard shipping.

Shipping charges for accessories purchased separately, alternative shipping methods, and international orders, where available, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

VIGOROUS® may offer special shipping rates, free-shipping promotions, or limited-time shipping discounts.

During eligible promotional periods, free shipping may apply to additional products or all eligible orders, subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.

The applicable shipping charge, including any promotional discount, will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

If there is a difference between the standard shipping rates listed above and an active promotion, the eligible promotional shipping rate displayed at checkout will apply.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Within Israel

Orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after order processing has been completed.

Because order processing normally takes an additional 1–3 business days, the estimated total period from order confirmation to delivery is generally 4–10 business days.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is offered, estimated delivery may generally take 7–21 business days from dispatch, or longer depending on the destination, carrier service, and customs procedures.

International delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping service actually available for the destination.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delivery delays.

Any delivery date expressly agreed upon as part of the transaction remains subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the customer's statutory rights.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number or tracking link where the selected shipping service supports tracking.

Customers may use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.

7. Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges

International shipments, where available, may be subject to customs duties, value-added tax, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law.

VIGOROUS® does not determine or control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.

Customers are encouraged to review any applicable import requirements before placing an international order.

8. Damaged Shipments, Defective Products, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you purchased, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide the following information where available:

• Order number.

• Photographs of the product and packaging.

• Description of the issue.

• A short video, if necessary.

Our customer support team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and applicable law.

Customers will not be charged fees prohibited by law for handling eligible claims involving defective products, incorrect items, or nonconforming orders.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, selected product, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order to increase the likelihood that changes can be made before dispatch.

Changes to orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not always be possible.

The 24-hour recommendation applies only to requests for order modifications. It does not limit your statutory right to cancel an eligible transaction.

Your legal cancellation rights are not affected solely because an order has been processed or dispatched.

Customers may exercise their cancellation rights in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws.

If an order is not delivered by the agreed delivery date, customers retain all remedies available under applicable law, including cancellation rights where applicable.

The voluntary return policy generally applies to unused products meeting the applicable return conditions, beyond any statutory cancellation rights.

This additional policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
