Limited Warranty
VIGOROUS Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the VIGOROUS product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. 

This warranty statement sets forth VIGOROUS's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.


Warranty Period
The warranty period for This warranty statement sets forth VIGOROUS's total and exclusive warranty obligation power products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
 

Exchange
VIGOROUS will replace (at our expense) any VIGOROUS's product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. 

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on VIGOROUS's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.


Exclusions


VIGOROUS's warranty does not apply to:

·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in VIGOROUS's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.

Return & Refund Conditions
Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, VIGOROUS reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that VIGOROUS does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: 

Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.


How to Return an Item

To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. VIGOROUS will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.


Process for Returning Produce

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to VIGOROUS. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse

Is it easy to clean

Yes! The components
are designed for easy disassembly and cleaning. Most parts are dishwasher-safe
or can be cleaned with warm water

Does it required ectricity to operate

Our models are fully manual or battery-operated, so you
don't need a power source, making it ideal for use anywhere. 

What if my machine isn’t working properly

What is the machine's capacity

1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

approximately 200 cups of hot water and up to 5 cups of espresso when its self heating e

Can I use the VIGOROUS Portable Coffee Machine while it is charging

For safety and optimal performance, it is not recommended to
use the machine while it is charging. Allow the battery to charge fully before
use to ensure consistent espresso quality and protect the device's longevity. 

Does the machine workwith 220V or 240V

Our portable coffee machines are primarily manual or
battery-operated and do not require a direct power connection to operate. If
your model includes an electric charger, it is compatible with both 220V and
240V outlets. Always check the specific product details or the included manual
for voltage compatibility. 

What kind of watershould I use

To ensure the best coffee flavor and to maintain the
machine's longevity: 

- Use filtered or bottled water to minimize mineral deposits
and limescale buildup. 

- Avoid using hard or unfiltered tap water, as it may affect
both the taste of your coffee and the machine's performance over time. 

- If you’re using hot water, ensure it’s between 85–96°C
(185–205°F) for optimal coffee extraction. 

How do I use the VIGOROUS Portable Coffee Machine

Using the machine is simple: 

- Add ground coffee or a coffee capsule. 

- Pour in hot water or cold water and press the button for
two sec's so its start the heating process for 200 sec's

- Press the button 2 time in arow  to extract a fresh cup of espresso. 

What should I do if I want to dispose of my VIGOROUS Portable Coffee Machine

If you’ve decided to dispose of your machine, please
consider these eco-friendly options: 

- Recycle: Many components can be recycled. Check your local
recycling facility for guidance. 

- Repair or Donate: If possible, repair the machine or
donate it to someone who can use it.
